Label Design
The collaboration between renowned British singer Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Alessandra Quarta of Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo has led to the creation of Rosé on the Dancefloor, a limited-edition rosé that blends musical artistry with the winemaking tradition of Puglia.
As the longtime designer for Claudio Quarta Vignaiolo, I was entrusted with the creation of the label, a project that proved both exciting and challenging. For the first time, I had to collaborate directly with an international pop star, adapting to a creative process shaped by the fast-paced schedule of a global tour. Feedback often arrived between concerts and rehearsals, requiring a flexible and dynamic approach to design. The result is a label that captures the energy, personality, and elegance of both the wine and its co-creator.
Made from 100% organic Primitivo grapes grown at Tenute Eméra, this rosé stands out with its bright, pale pink hue with coral reflections and its enchanting aromas of cherries, pomegranate, wild strawberries, raspberry, and pink pepper. On the palate, it delivers a lively freshness, well-balanced acidity, and a smooth, enveloping texture, making it the perfect companion for any convivial occasion.
The name Rosé on the Dancefloor pays tribute to Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s iconic hit Murder on the Dancefloor and serves as an invitation to dance, have fun, and celebrate life. This label was designed to reflect the festive spirit and vibrant energy of the wine, capturing the essence of this extraordinary fusion of music and winemaking.
